Huajian Company's Mobile Data Cable Inspection

I. Sampling Plan

Sampling inspection is conducted according to the Level II general inspection of GB2828.1-2003, with the Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) and inspection level specified.

II. Inspection Method

Distance: The distance between the human eye and the surface of the object being inspected is 250mm-350mm.

Time: Inspection time per side should not exceed 5-10 seconds.

Position: The viewing surface is at a 45° angle to the desktop, rotated 15° up, down, left, and right, and flipped forward and backward.

Light Source: D65-CLE standard light source (the light source must be directly above and in front of the inspector).

Temperature: 23±3°C

Humidity: 30%-85%

Illuminance: 1000±200 LUX

Vision: Inspectors must have a visual acuity of 1.0 or above.

Inspection Tools: Calipers, tape measure, ruler

III. Summary of Defects

Casing cracking: Caused by external force or material factors.

Deformation: Caused by external interference.

Scratches: Caused by sharp objects.

Shrinkage: Caused by insufficient cooling time during molding.

Stains: Caused by environmental factors or oily work surfaces.

Oxidation: Metal parts turning black.

Cable burns: Caused by process or improper operation.

Misaligned nameplate: Nameplate not affixed properly.

Upside-down nameplate: Nameplate affixed upside down.

Missing nameplate: Nameplate omitted during assembly.

Lifted nameplate: Nameplate not fully adhered or pressed firmly.

Failure to download: Unable to download songs or videos when connected to a computer.

Failure to charge: Caused by internal component damage or other reasons.

IV. Packaging Inspection

Confirm whether the packaging method meets requirements, whether the supplier is a qualified supplier, and whether there is a PASS label or stamp affixed by the supplier.

Confirm whether the specifications, model, material code, quantity, production date, and batch number on the outer packaging are correct.

Ensure that the outer packaging box labels are correct, with no incomplete or incorrect labeling.

The outer packaging box must not show obvious wrinkles, damage, dirt, deformation, moisture, or other defects.

Materials that have been changed must be clearly marked, and this marking must be maintained for three consecutive batches. Special requirements should be communicated and confirmed in writing.

Packaging must include foam padding for protection. Special requirements should be communicated and confirmed in writing.
